how we work

As a small family run workshop we take great pride in the relationship we have with our clients. Many of them choose to come back time and again to work with us.

We always start with a conversation, on the phone or face to face to get an idea of what is needed.

1

From the conversation we’ll start to sketch out a proposal including all of the details that have been discussed. We’ll start to marry up our expertise with all of your ideas.

2

Once the proposal is finalised then we’ll start on the drawings. This is point at which you’ll really start to see the ideas come to life.

3

With drawings and proposal agreed, production starts. The workshop comes to life as we start to hand-craft the project.

4

Once completed and we are 100% happy with what we have made, we’ll wrap it up, deliver it to you and instal it.

5

We love working with open minded, creative and trusting clients. Over the years we have worked:

  • Directly with clients to help bring their dreams to life

  • Alongside interior designers to help with finalising designs before we build them

  • For renovation project managers & building companies who are looking for the best quality workmanship for their projects’ cabinetry and joinery

  • For film and tv set production companies

who we work with

materials we love

  • oak

The epitome of longevity. We love oak’s versatility and ability to look at home in both modern and traditional interiors.

  • Beech

A wonderfully hard wood perfect for framing kitchens being able to withstand knocks and bumps.

  • Brass

Works very well with walnut for a luxury touch. There is always a suitable finish for any style and we are confident that brass hardware will stand the test of time.

  • Birch Ply

A furniture grade plywood that is as versatile as it is strong. It’s perfect for creating incredibly strong cabinets, for example in utility or boot rooms.

  • Walnut

For its beautiful grain, enhanced like no other wood on oiling, resulting in a truly distinctive piece of furniture.

  • Rattan

We love using unique materials that bring a special feeling to a room. It could be rattan, or maybe a textured wood finish or pattern that we have specially created, such as a fluted wardrobe door.

“Having known Alex for 20 years, his attention to detail, meticulous planning and ability to create fantastic designs, he was our only choice. The end result blew our expectations and we are so happy with the finished result .”
